INFRASTRUCTURE

Having traveled virtually every road in the district at some point on a farm tractor I can tell you the lack of road shoulders, traffic control, and expanded bridges has changed very little in the past 40 years.

I question whether our district is getting back the proportionate dollars that we send to Frankfort.  It is my intent to see if District 36 can get more of our tax dollars back to make needed improvements to the district’s infrastructure.

Road improvement must be tied to expanded development, and any growth of the district must complement the infrastructure while meeting the needs of current and not just future residents. Eastwood alone is projected to have 800 new homes in the next 24 months. As the fastest growing district in the county we must be able to meet the demands that promote safety and improved property values.
